Senior Accountant
Senior accountants have demonstrated abilities to carry out duties of staff accountants and handle other, more complex situations and engagements. Senior Accountants demonstrate leadership qualities, effective communication, and a strong commitment to the firm. Senior Accountants begin to assume supervisory roles and delegates work effectively, while increasing contact with clients.

Staff Accountant
Staff accountants are entry-level employees with an educational background in accounting, financial statement preparation, auditing, tax preparation and tax law.

Individual Tax Supervisor/Manager
An individual tax supervisor/manager, having proven leadership abilities at the senior preparation level, assumes supervision of lower-level staff and accepts increasing responsibility for individual tax engagements while maintaining solid client relationships. They demonstrate effective supervision, a strong commitment to the firm, and perform work on all levels of individual tax engagements with little supervision.

Tax Preparer
Tax Preparers are employees with an educational background in tax preparation and tax law, and some education in accounting and financial statement preparation.
